An established royalty accounting services company, owned by a private equity firm, had significant proprietary technology used to administer their accounting processes, but it was composed of disparate systems burdened with technical debt and vulnerabilities holding back the company’s growth. After assessing both their technical systems and their business position, we built a product roadmap to deliver a completely reengineered platform to:

• Optimize existing internal business processes
• Improve data integrity and data processing performance
• Restructure existing products for multi-tenant support and growth
• Shift internal process to external users as features, reducing operational costs and opening additional revenue streams

In addition to building the roadmap, we provided the product and engineering team to execute the roadmap.
